Sharon Paul & Mark Tilghman

We first joined forces on a slate of inspiring female-protagonist content and employed extensive consumer research to determine which projects were most likely to succeed. Our shared passion for collaboration and excellence in storytelling led us to develop a unique system of moviemaking. By undergirding the content-creation process with data, we gauge an audience’s enthusiasm in advance and support the creative process of our filmmakers. Dandelion Media is partnering with investors committed to making an impact through powerful stories that inspire hope, faith and love. OUR FOUNDERS

  SHARON PAUL, Co-CEO  

Sharon co-founded Dandelion Media with Mark Tilghman to provide a data-driven approach to entertainment that inspires confidence in filmmakers and stakeholders. Sharon oversees the vetting and development of projects and ensures the highest industry standards through the revision of scripts, attachment of top-tier talent, and favorable distribution deals. A multi-disciplined storyteller, Sharon’s first feature script was picked up at Zero Gravity and her body of work includes multiple feature scripts and TV shows. She formerly worked as a script specialist, producer, and development executive with a prolific independent film financing and production company. Sharon also serves as Chief Content Officer for RCM3, a $600MM+ film financing company which utilizes Dandelion Media’s custom risk mitigation approach.

  MARK TILGHMAN, Co-CEO  

Mark brings over two decades of experience working in equality, marketing, and entertainment. He served on the leadership team of the Association of National Advertisers’ SeeHer initiative since its launch from The White House in 2016. With tools like the Gender Equality Measure (GEM®), SeeHer has proven that better portrayals of women and girls can increase profitability (2-5x sales lift) in addition to being the right thing to do. The coveted SeeHer Award has been given at the Critics’ Choice Awards for the past six years. Consumer insights have improved the effectiveness of leading marketers, and Mark is leveraging these insights in entertainment for the stakeholders of Dandelion Media while also building a model for ESG investors. In addition to his functions as Co-CEO, Mark leads a proprietary consumer-driven effort to identify content with high probabilities of success. For Mark, this endeavor unites his love for film and entertainment with a passion for driving positive experiences for investors and audiences. Mark also serves as Chief Strategy Officer for RCM3, a $600MM+ film financing company which utilizes Dandelion Media’s custom risk mitigation approach.
